Scam Updated app takes all previous purchased items away and requires repurchase scam

Go to your phone settings, scroll down until you see the Thomas app. Click on it and it should give you a restore option. My son deleted the app. It is now restored. I hope you find this helpful.

Downloaded this app for my son. Its just coloring pages, a match game, and a puzzle. Not very engaging.

This app can pretty much do no wrong, that said I’m not a huge IAP fan, app is cute though

I liked app at first but then last two in app purchases I tried to make would not download. :(

So lame, that the Mattel purchased version of the app broke the original one and ATE all of our in-app purchases! Dont buy this app!!!!

Good app but very very very very slow to download!!! 5 minutes and then finally!!!!!

I purchased all of the in app purchases a few months ago and my son played them all the time. He hasnt played in a while, but today he opened the app and all of the in app purchases that I had paid for are now locked. Has anyone else had this problem? I really dont want to spend the money again to buy them all.

Like other reviewers, Ive lost a few packs. I bought packs under 2.0, and they wont restore under 3.1. Ok, I still have the 2.0 app on iTunes, but it looks like they took the 2.0 packs off the servers. Agh!!!

I am totally agreed with other negative reviews. everything looks good, and my kid is really enjoying but once app was deleted and never restored in-app items. tried to contact to customer service.. never answer too.

Wont download to my iPhone 5s

I purchased all the puzzles my grandson has been playing. Loves the puzzles, painting and the match card game. It is a great activity game. But after updating to IOS 8. The train flatcars are blank. When selected the puzzle, and coloring pictures are also blank. Only the memory cards are working, So for now if you want to use the app do not upgrade to IOS 8 Is there a fix in the works for IOS 8?

I purchased everyone of the activity packs and now I cannot get any of them! Thats over $20 in purchases and now nothing!! Who can I speak to about this situation?

Had the same problem as the one star reviews. Bought a Christmas pack last year but it cant be restored. Just bought another pack and it just took my money. I kept getting an error message. Wish I read these reviews before I purchased.

This app is great for my 2.5 yo toddler. He gets very limited TV/screen time, so loves getting a reward of watching Thomas at the end of completing a puzzle. (And, 6-7 seconds is the perfect amount in my mind for him to absorb!) The articulation of the video snippets is slow enough for him to absorb and try to repeat, too. Im amazed at how fast hes gotten at completing puzzles (it took some parental help the first month), and love that it has a more difficult level to keep it engaging as he grows. He also likes the coloring, and has just started to get into the matching game. Have ended up buying a couple of the additional $1.99 packages over past few months to keep his interest peaked, which seems like a worthy investment. Overall, much happier to give my kid this game than put him in front of TV when I need a few minutes.
