Not Toddler friendly enough

The menu and navigation for the app is a bit complicated for toddlers. Plus the Guided Access that I turned on locked me into the app. No matter how many times I triple clicked it would not give me the accessibility menu to exit the app. Holding down the power button did not work either. I had to hold down the power and home buttons at the same time for three seconds for my phone to power off.

Having four boys ages 2, 7, 9, 10, I can say the interest level in Thomas & Friends starts at about 18 months and fades out at about 6-7 years old. Having toddler friendly menus and working guided access that doesnt lock the whole device are both must haves for any app with interest levels at such a young age. It is an app that wont be used in our house until those two things are improved.

The app support button took me to a generic Q&A page with no method if contacting the developer or reporting the guided access issue.
